For airport pickups, your driver waits in the arrivals hall with a name sign. For cruise port pickups, your driver meets you at the terminal exit area as you disembark. For hotel pickups, your driver meets you in the lobby at your scheduled time.

Our back-to-ship guarantee means that if an unforeseen delay during your private transfer prevents you from returning to the cruise pier before your ship departs, we will arrange and cover the cost of transportation to your next port of call. This guarantee applies to all private transfers booked through us that are linked to a cruise ship departure schedule. Your transfer must be scheduled to return to the ship 1.5 hours prior to ship departure.
