We plan customized group excursions for 2 to 50+ travelers at more than 200 European cruise ports, from Rome and Barcelona to Copenhagen and Vienna. One call, one contact, one itinerary built around your group - with a guaranteed return to your ship before departure.

Can you handle our size?

Yes - any size.

Private sedans for 2. Minivans for 3-8. Minibuses for 9-16. Full coaches for 17-50+. Multiple vehicles travel together so your group is never split up.

Will we make it back?

Guaranteed.

Our Back-to-Ship Guarantee covers every group tour. Your tour must be scheduled to return 1.5 hours before departure. If your ship is delayed, we adjust. Learn more.

How does payment work?

Your choice.

Each group member can pay their own share separately, or one person can pay for the whole group. Whichever is easier for your group is fine with us.

Secure with a low deposit

Group tours require a $100 deposit per tour. Final payment is due 30 days before departure. Additional deposit may be required for entrance fees.

Your driver and guide are at the port when you disembark. You're back well before departure.

Can we customize the itinerary? −
Yes - fully. Tell us what you want to see, what you want to skip, and how fast or slow you'd like to move. Your guide adapts throughout the day.
Are your group excursions available for schools, corporate groups, or other organizations? +
Yes. We plan customized group excursions for families, school and student groups, corporate retreats, faith-based groups, sports teams, and senior travel groups. Every itinerary is built around your group's specific goals and schedule.
What if someone in our group has limited mobility? +
Let us know when you inquire. We select vehicles that accommodate folding wheelchairs and mobility scooters and will flag any sites with significant walking or uneven terrain.
Can we book multiple ports on the same cruise? +
Absolutely - and many groups do. One inquiry covers all your ports. We coordinate each stop and you deal with one contact throughout.
How early should we book a custom group excursion? +
As early as possible for peak season (May through September). That said, contact us regardless - we can often accommodate shorter lead times depending on the port.
Do you work with travel agents? +
Yes. Travel agents are welcome to inquire on behalf of their clients. Contact us to discuss agency arrangements.

We had a wonderful vacation. Every one of the tour guides were great. My family was really impressed with their knowledge, service, and friendliness. I was pleasantly surprised with how much better an experience we had compared to the Princess Cruise Ship Tours. For example, our tour guide for the Amalfi Coast and Pompeii knew that Pompeii was closed until 1130 AM and changed our itinerary to travel along the coast in the morning and go to Pompeii at the end of the day. The other tours just took people to the gate and waited for two hours. Thanks again. My wife and kids felt that each guide was a   friend   by the end of the tour. The guides in Florence and Ephesus were probably the highlight for us. The Mercedes vans that were used in most cities were always nice and all of our drivers were really great. Ive already recommended you to a friend.

Jim and I couldnt have been more pleased to be greeted at the ship by Maurice and treated like royalty on our tour of Florence. He was just amazing with all the traffic and was able to get us into both the Uffizi and the Academia Gallery without any wait. He would get us to a tour site and would let us know where he would be at all times to pick us up. He showed us to a quaint local restaurant for lunch. Maurice was a pleasure as our guide and we would highly recommend a private tour with your company to others. Thank you again for making our European trip a pleasure.

What a great time all of us had. Mostly because of our tours with the people you booked us with. I cant say enough about our tours, guides, drivers and vehicles...All of us were impressed with each of them and have already recommended your company to people we know who have upcoming trips to Europe. Plans are being drawn up for our next trip in 2 years..I must admit I was afraid something would go wrong, and being the one in charge of the bookings all of the blame would fall on me if one of the tours didnt show up...Well what a hoot when we got off the boat in all 3 places and there was my name on the bus....Once again thank you for all of your help

The shore trip was great! It was so much better to have a private tour, as opposed to the bus tours that the cruise line contracted with. We saw more sites than would have been possible any other way, our driver was knowledgable, and an expert driver, and she (Sabrina) got us back to the ship on time! She even had time to drop my older son off early so he could watch the USA-China basketball game on TV in his cabin. If I find myself doing another cruise in Europe, I will contact your company to set up the shore trips.
