Rotterdam Shore Excursion

This private Rotterdam shore tour visits the medieval village of Delft with its famous Royal Delft Pottery Factory. Then in the afternoon you explore the Mauritshuis Museum, home to many Dutch Masters.

You have a lunch break in a beach resort and then a tour of the . The tour ends with a driving tour of Rotterdam.

After meeting your private guide you drive to Delft for a visit to the Royal Delft Pottery Factory. This factory is the only remaining factory of the 32 earthenware factories that were established in Delft in the 17th century. You will watch and learn as artisans create new pieces of this beautiful local craft.

After visiting the Pottery factory you enjoy a guided walk of the medieval village of Delft including a stop to see the magnificent Medieval Market Square. There is time for lunch in a local cafe before we head over to the Hague.

The Hague is the third largest city in the Netherlands and the seat of the Dutch Government.

first stop is at the famous Mauritshuis Museum. The museum's collection consists of approximately 800 paintings, 50 miniatures, 20 sculptures plus drawings and prints. The most famous piece is Vermeer's 'The Girl with the Pearl Earring'.

After visiting the museum you have a driving tour of the Hague where you will see the Parliament House, the Queen's Palace, the International Court of Justice and more.
At the end of the tour you are brought back to the port.
