On the day, your guide or driver meets you at the cruise terminal, hotel lobby, or agreed meeting point with a name sign. No searching, no confusion — your tour starts the moment you step off the ship.

Are your tours actually private?
Yes — every tour, transfer, and excursion we arrange is exclusively for your party. You will never be combined with other travelers or placed on a shared vehicle. Your guide's full attention is on your group for the entire day. This applies whether you are two people or fifty.
How are you different from ship-organized shore excursions?
Ship excursions typically put 40 to 50 passengers on a single bus with a fixed itinerary and strict timing. You move at the pace of the slowest person and have no say in where you go or how long you stay. Our tours are private — your group, your guide, your pace. You choose the stops, adjust the itinerary on the fly, and have a guide who can adapt to your interests in real time. We also return you to the ship well ahead of departure so you never feel rushed.
What if my port isn't listed here?
Contact us. We are continuously adding new destinations and our local network extends beyond what is currently listed on the website. If your cruise is visiting a port we don't show yet, we may still be able to arrange a private tour through our existing operator relationships. There is no cost to inquire.
Can I book tours for multiple ports on the same cruise?
Absolutely — most of our guests book three to five tours across a single cruise itinerary, and some book tours at every port. Each tour is coordinated independently with local guides in that destination, but we manage the full picture so you have one point of contact, one set of confirmations, and one company standing behind the entire trip.
Do you offer tours from hotels as well as cruise ports?
Yes. In many destinations, we offer private city tours with hotel lobby pickup for guests staying in the city before or after their cruise, or for independent travelers not on a cruise at all. We also offer private transfers between airports, hotels, and cruise terminals in most major port cities. The same guides, vehicles, and quality standards apply whether your tour starts from a ship or a hotel.
What if I need to cancel or change my booking?
We understand that travel plans change. Our cancellation policies are designed to be fair and flexible — contact us as early as possible if your plans shift and we will work with you. If your cruise line changes your itinerary or cancels a port, we will adjust your tour, move it to an alternative date, or issue a refund. We handle itinerary changes regularly and we never penalize guests for decisions made by their cruise line.
