Private Shore Trips, a division of “Travels with Friends LLC”, is a US based travel company founded in 2001.

Travels with Friends LLC was originally created to sell small group European travel lead by the company founders Steven Hurley and Roger Tinsman. In 2007, the Private Shore Trips website was created to focus on selling private tours in Europe. Private Shore Trips now offers flexible and customizable tours in over 30 countries in Europe, Asia and the Middle East.

Steven Hurley, Partner and Founder



Steven Hurley is a Partner and the Founder of Travels with Friends LLC. Before creating Travels
with Friends, Steven was a key Travel Consultant at a multi-state full-service travel agency. He
has earned the CTA -Certified Travel Associate designation, as well as France Destination
Specialist, Bavarian Ambassador and Portugal Specialist.


Ken Diaz, Partner



Ken Diaz became a partner in 2007 when the company shifted its focus exclusively to private tours,
specializing in shore excursions for cruise passengers. He brought over 20 years of experience in
account management, working with both clients and travel partners to maintain smooth operations
and strong relationships. Ken also oversees the development and maintenance of the company’s
internal database, managing booking workflows, financial reporting, and operational data to support
daily operations and account management.
