Cruise ships dock at the Tallinn Passenger Port (Old City Harbour), less than a mile from the entrance to the old town. There is no tendering - you walk directly off the ship. The port has three main terminals (A, B, and D) - your guide will confirm which terminal your ship uses and will meet you at the exit with a name sign. The old town is a 10 to 15 minute walk from the port or a 5 minute drive.
