How far is Copenhagen Airport from the cruise port?

Copenhagen Airport (CPH) is approximately 15 to 20 km from the cruise terminals. The drive takes 30 to 45 minutes depending on which terminal your ship uses and traffic conditions. Oceankaj is the farthest terminal from the airport, while Langelinie is closer to the city center.

Which cruise terminal will my ship use?

Copenhagen has three cruise terminals: Langelinie Pier, Oceankaj, and Nordre Toldbod. Your cruise line will confirm your terminal before arrival. Our drivers are familiar with all three terminals and will meet you at the correct location regardless of which one your ship uses.

Where does the driver meet me?

For airport pickups, your driver waits in the arrivals hall with a name sign. For cruise port pickups, your driver meets you at the terminal exit area as you disembark. For hotel pickups, your driver meets you in the hotel lobby at your scheduled time.

Can I add sightseeing to my transfer?

Yes. If you would like to see highlights of Copenhagen on your way between the airport and the cruise port or hotel, contact us for a customized quote. We can build a transfer with touring time included.

How much luggage can I bring?

Each passenger may bring one large suitcase and one personal item (backpack, purse, or carry-on bag). For additional luggage, oversized items, or mobility equipment, please contact us in advance for a custom quote so we can arrange the right size vehicle.

Do you track flight arrivals?

Yes. For airport pickups we track your flight and adjust your pickup time accordingly. If you experience a serious delay, please contact us as soon as you land so we can reschedule your transfer.
