Copenhagen Hotel to Copenhagen Airport Transfer (CPH)

End your vacation on the right foot with a private transfer from your hotel to the airport. Private transfers include a vehicle with a professional English-speaking driver and space for one large suitcase and one personal item (backpack or purse) for each person. The type of vehicle used is based on the number of people in your private group.

Note: Bringing additional luggage or additional waiting time will be at your own expense. If you need additional space for luggage, please contact us in advance for a quote.

If you cannot find what you are looking for, our Copenhagen transfers can be customized to fit your needs. If you have a larger group, we can offer you a private Copenhagen transfer using a mid-size bus or full-size coach. Please contact us with any questions or to receive a customized quote.

Luggage Allowance

Each person may bring one large suitcase and one personal item — backpack, purse, or carry-on. If you have additional bags, oversized items, golf clubs, or mobility equipment, please contact us before booking so we can arrange the right vehicle.

Vehicle Types

Vehicle size is matched to your group — sedans for 1-2 passengers, minivans for 3-6, and minibuses for 7-8. All are air-conditioned, non-smoking, and licensed for private transport.

Child Seats

Child seats are available on request, subject to availability. Please let us know at the time of booking if you need one and we will do our best to have it ready.

Adding a Stop

This is a direct transfer. If you’d like to spend a few hours exploring along the way — the colorful Nyhavn harbor, Tivoli Gardens, or the Little Mermaid statue are all worth the detour — contact us and we can put together a custom itinerary and quote.

Larger Groups

Frequently Asked Questions

How much time should I allow before my flight?
Let your driver know your departing airline, flight number, and departure time when booking so they can plan a pickup time that gets you to the airport with plenty of time for check-in and security.
Do I need to provide my hotel address in advance?
Yes. Please provide your hotel name and address when booking so your driver can plan the route in advance.
How much luggage is included?
One large suitcase and one personal item, such as a backpack or purse, per person. If you need to bring additional luggage, contact us in advance for a quote.
How late can I cancel a Copenhagen tour and still get a refund?
Cancelling 15 or more days before your Copenhagen tour gets you a refund, minus the standard $50 fee. Inside 14 days of the tour date, cancellations become non-refundable. One exception: if your ship simply doesn't call at Copenhagen because of weather, mechanical issues, or political unrest, you'll get a full refund less the $50 fee. All cancellation requests need to be submitted in writing by email.
How does pickup work if I'm starting my Copenhagen tour from a hotel or airport?
Cruise Ship: After disembarking at Copenhagen, follow signage to the terminal's main public exit. If there's a terminal building, continue through the arrivals area to the pickup zone outside -- cruise staff can assist. If the port has no terminal building, your driver will be waiting dockside as you leave the ship. If your contact isn't visible right away, stay near your exit point and call the local dispatch number listed in your confirmation. Hotel: Look for your driver or guide right outside the main entrance or in the lobby -- they'll be holding a sign with your group name. Airport: Once you've collected your luggage and cleared customs, head into the arrivals hall -- your driver or guide will be there holding a sign with your group name.
Are the entrance fees for Copenhagen attractions refundable?
Check the Copenhagen tour page -- entrance fees are included wherever indicated there. Keep in mind some venues require timed, skip-the-line tickets that become non-refundable the moment they're purchased. We'll flag any non-refundable entrance fees for you at booking.
Do I need to tell you about oversized luggage before my Copenhagen transfer?
Per person, Copenhagen transfers allow one large suitcase and one personal item. For oversized or extra luggage, just give us advance notice.

Our guides were all - the best was michel (spelling may be off) in DEnmark. he was knowledgeable, personable, friendly - all you would want in a guide. i highly recommend.  Copenhagen, London, Dover and Portland were all amazing - a must to visit we were a group of 8 - cousins and spouses - 4 couples.

I have been meaning to get in touch and letting you know that all private tours were right on time even though after reconfirming from the hotel in Copenhagen my German phone never worked, so I was a bit concerned how it would work out but they were all there, were professional and helpful and with the three boys it was the best decision I made about the whole trip to have the private tours. I knew this cruise would not be the perfect itinerary for teen age boys but I think the guides we had made it work, adjusted the programs tour over the city rather than the city tour as it would have given the boys a thrill and me the kind of overview of the city one could not get from a car. I dont mean it complaining, it is more hindsight on my part. I would recommend Private tours to anyone with a small group, as the flexibility and advantage of passing all the long long line ups for all the larger groups and sneaking in ahead of them was worth alone the extra cost. On top of it the flexibility was just priceless for the boys. I have less good things to say about the cruise line, found the ship not well organized and not at all helpful for anyone not wanting their tours and giving the rest of us wrong information about landing procedures at least 12 the time. Well, I have learned a lot and even though I will never be a total cruise fan, the baltic itinerary is really very informative if one prepares oneself as there was little or no advanced information on the destination ports given to us from the ship itself. So, thanks for your helpful service, I would recommend booking private tours to anyone!! You are welcome to quote my recommendation if needed.
