Copenhagen Cruise Port to Copenhagen Airport Transfer (CPH)

End your vacation on the right foot with a private transfer from your cruise ship to the airport. Private transfers include a vehicle with a professional English-speaking driver and space for one large suitcase and one personal item (backpack or purse) for each person. The type of vehicle used is based on the number of people in your private group.

Luggage Allowance

Each person may bring one large suitcase and one personal item — backpack, purse, or carry-on. If you have additional bags, oversized items, golf clubs, or mobility equipment, please contact us before booking so we can arrange the right vehicle.

Vehicle Types

Vehicle size is matched to your group — sedans for 1-2 passengers, minivans for 3-6, and minibuses for 7-8. All are air-conditioned, non-smoking, and licensed for private transport.

Child Seats

Child seats are available on request, subject to availability. Please let us know at the time of booking if you need one and we will do our best to have it ready.

Adding a Stop

This is a direct transfer. If you’d like to spend a few hours exploring along the way — the colorful Nyhavn harbor, Tivoli Gardens, or the Little Mermaid statue are all worth the detour — contact us and we can put together a custom itinerary and quote.

Where will our driver meet us at the Copenhagen port?
Your driver will meet you on the public pier as you disembark, holding a sign with your group name. Copenhagen's cruise terminals are well organized with clear pickup areas.
Can we make a brief city stop on the way to the airport?
A brief photo stop at Nyhavn or another Copenhagen landmark may be possible depending on your flight time. Please mention this at the time of booking and we will advise based on your schedule.

All three Copenhagen cruise terminals — Langelinie, Oceankaj, and Nordre Toldbod. Your driver meets you dockside at whichever terminal your ship uses.
How much deposit is required to book a Copenhagen tour?
We ask for a $50 per-tour deposit to hold your Copenhagen booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your tour date. If your plans change, that deposit isn't refundable, but it stays on your account as credit toward any tour for up to 3 years. Larger groups, custom itineraries, or tours involving flights or overnight stays may carry a bigger deposit and their own terms, which we'll spell out at booking.
What is the cancellation policy for Copenhagen tours?
Give us 15+ days' notice on a Copenhagen cancellation and we'll refund everything except a $50 admin fee. Inside 14 days of the tour date, cancellations become non-refundable. One exception: if your ship simply doesn't call at Copenhagen because of weather, mechanical issues, or political unrest, you'll get a full refund less the $50 fee. All cancellation requests need to be submitted in writing by email.
Where do we meet our driver or guide in Copenhagen?
Cruise Ship: After leaving the ship at Copenhagen, make your way to the main public exit of the terminal. Where a terminal building exists, pass through the arrivals area to the outside pickup area -- cruise staff can direct you. If there's no terminal building, your driver waits dockside. If you can't spot your contact immediately, stay put near your exit and call the local dispatch number in your confirmation. Hotel: Look for your driver or guide right outside the main entrance or in the lobby -- they'll be holding a sign with your group name. Airport: Once you've collected your luggage and cleared customs, head into the arrivals hall -- your driver or guide will be there holding a sign with your group name.
Are entrance fees included in Copenhagen tours, and are they refundable?
Wherever the Copenhagen tour page indicates it, admission is already built into the price. Keep in mind some venues require timed, skip-the-line tickets that become non-refundable the moment they're purchased. We'll flag any non-refundable entrance fees for you at booking.
How much luggage can we bring on a Copenhagen transfer?
Each passenger on a Copenhagen transfer gets space for one large suitcase plus a personal item. If your group has extra or oversized luggage, let us know beforehand.

Our guides were all - the best was michel (spelling may be off) in DEnmark. he was knowledgeable, personable, friendly - all you would want in a guide. i highly recommend.  Copenhagen, London, Dover and Portland were all amazing - a must to visit we were a group of 8 - cousins and spouses - 4 couples.

I have been meaning to get in touch and letting you know that all private tours were right on time even though after reconfirming from the hotel in Copenhagen my German phone never worked, so I was a bit concerned how it would work out but they were all there, were professional and helpful and with the three boys it was the best decision I made about the whole trip to have the private tours. I knew this cruise would not be the perfect itinerary for teen age boys but I think the guides we had made it work, adjusted the programs tour over the city rather than the city tour as it would have given the boys a thrill and me the kind of overview of the city one could not get from a car. I dont mean it complaining, it is more hindsight on my part. I would recommend Private tours to anyone with a small group, as the flexibility and advantage of passing all the long long line ups for all the larger groups and sneaking in ahead of them was worth alone the extra cost. On top of it the flexibility was just priceless for the boys. I have less good things to say about the cruise line, found the ship not well organized and not at all helpful for anyone not wanting their tours and giving the rest of us wrong information about landing procedures at least 12 the time. Well, I have learned a lot and even though I will never be a total cruise fan, the baltic itinerary is really very informative if one prepares oneself as there was little or no advanced information on the destination ports given to us from the ship itself. So, thanks for your helpful service, I would recommend booking private tours to anyone!! You are welcome to quote my recommendation if needed.
