Luggage Allowance

Each person may bring one large suitcase and one personal item — backpack, purse, or carry-on. If you have additional bags, oversized items, golf clubs, or mobility equipment, please contact us before booking so we can arrange the right vehicle.

Vehicle Types

Vehicle size is matched to your group — sedans for 1-2 passengers, minivans for 3-6, and minibuses for 7-8. All are air-conditioned, non-smoking, and licensed for private transport.

Total Transfer Time

Plan on approximately 2.5 Hours (traffic pending).

Airport Arrivals

We recommend scheduling your pickup 90 minutes after your flight’s scheduled arrival time. This allows enough time to deplane, collect your luggage, and clear customs. If your flight is delayed, your driver will monitor the flight and adjust.

Child Seats

Child seats are available on request, subject to availability. Please let us know at the time of booking if you need one and we will do our best to have it ready.

Adding a Stop

This is a direct transfer. If you’d like to spend a few hours exploring along the way — the Tower of London, Big Ben, Buckingham Palace, or the British Museum are all worth the detour — contact us and we can put together a custom itinerary and quote.

Larger Groups
