After meeting your driver guide in St Tropez, you immediately depart for Gassin. On the way, you drive around one of the most beautiful bays of the Riviera and then through the charming village of Ramatuelle.
Gassin has all the features of an old Provencal town including; narrow winding streets and alleyways with vaulted arches and serpentine stone doorways, abounding in brightly colored flowers overhanging window boxes at every turn. This old village is in complete contrast to the lower lying seaside resorts because its hilltop location offers panoramic views over the Gulf of Saint Tropez and the Wine Country.
While you are in Gassin you will enjoy a wine-tasting at the Chateau, where a sampling of three wines are provided. Here you discover the quality and the wide variety of wines and learn how to evaluate a Cote de Provence wine, its color, its bouquet and its aromas.
At the end of your wine tasting, you can enjoy some free time to get lunch before returning to the St. Tropez.
