To maximize our port time on a recent Mediterranean cruse, we decided that private, guided tours were a must. So, after research, travel agents advise and reading reviews, I chose Private Shore Trips. It did not disappoint! Super easy to book, response time was immediate. Although we didnt get the Mercedes, vehicles were clean, comfortable late model types.

Ken Diaz did a great job arranging shore excursion for my group of 17 in Marseille and Genoa. Our guides, Stephanie in France and Armida in Italy, were very knowledgeable, helpful, and accommodating. Overall, we had a great experience.

This is the first time I booked with Private Shore Trips and I would strongly recommend them to anyone who wants to deal with true professionals that provide you with total peace of mind, whether it is regarding pre-trip planning or post-trip customer support. My husband and I went on a 2 shore excursions from Marseille into some of the towns.  It was really nice and the guides were very friendly.

Our guide was Eva and she was great! Extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She is also an expert on the local wines so dont miss out if you are into wine.

I truly cant thank you enough for the wonderful service. The  tours you put together went well beyond anything we had imagined.   All of the guides had great recommendations that really made the most of our days. The vans were cleanand the drivers opened doors and helped us in and out every time. Very knowledge of each location
