Barcelona Cruise Port to Barcelona Hotel Transfer / .5 Hours

This private transfer takes you from your cruise ship at the Barcelona port straight to your hotel in the city, door to door, with an English-speaking driver who already has your address on file. Depending on where your hotel is located, the drive typically takes 15 to 30 minutes.

Your driver meets you at the cruise terminal as you disembark, so there's no taxi line to wait in and no need to direct anyone to your hotel yourself. Each traveler brings one large suitcase and one personal item; if you're carrying extra luggage or need a child seat, just let us know in advance so we can have the right vehicle ready.

Vehicles are sized to your group, from a private sedan for one or two travelers up to a full-size coach for larger parties, so your whole group arrives together rather than splitting into separate cars.

How do we locate our driver at the Barcelona cruise port?

You'll find your driver waiting on the public pier as you disembark, sign in hand with your group's name. Barcelona's terminals are easy to navigate, with clearly marked pickup areas just outside each building.

What's the deposit for a Barcelona transfer?

We ask for a $50 per-tour deposit to hold your Barcelona service. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your tour date. If your plans change, that deposit isn't refundable, but it stays on your account as credit toward any tour for up to 3 years. Larger groups, custom itineraries, or tours involving flights or overnight stays may carry a bigger deposit and their own terms, which we'll spell out at booking.

Can I get a refund if I cancel my Barcelona tour?

Give us 15+ days' notice on a Barcelona cancellation and we'll refund everything except a $50 admin fee. Inside 14 days of the tour date, cancellations become non-refundable. All cancellation requests need to be submitted in writing by email.

How do I find my driver when I arrive in Barcelona?

After leaving the ship at Barcelona, make your way to the main public exit of the terminal. Where a terminal building exists, pass through the arrivals area to the outside pickup area -- cruise staff can direct you. If there's no terminal building, your driver waits dockside. If you can't spot your contact immediately, stay put near your exit and call the local dispatch number in your confirmation.
