Warsaw, Poland - This option packs in as many of Warsaw's top sites as possible into a delightful Best of Warsaw tour. You enjoy a walking tour of the Old Town, a driving tour of the city's monuments and a visit to the Royal Lazienki Park with the Palace on the Water.

Your guide will meet you at your hotel and you depart for the well restored Old Town where embark on a walking tour to see such sites as the Castle Square with the Royal Palace and Zygmunt Column, the Old Town Market Place, St. John۪s Cathedral and the Barbican. For most visitors, this area of Warsaw is a highlight.

Next you enjoy a driving tour of the city where you see many of the memorials to those who died during WWII, including the most popular Warsaw Uprising Memorial. You travel along the Royal Route where you see the Presidential Palace, the University and the Holy Cross Church which contains the urn with the heart of Polish conductor, Frederic Chopin. In the modern part of Warsaw you see the Palace of Culture and Science and some of Europe's newest and most modern skyscrapers.

You end your tour with a visit to the Royal Lazienki Park. This is by far the most attractive park in Warsaw and one of the largest in all of Europe. It was established in the late 18th century around the summer residence of the last Polish King. In the park you will see the Frederic Chopin monument which is also the location of many music festivals in the summer months.

You visit the Palace on the Water which was the King's summer residence. The Neo-Classical style palace straddles a pond and its facade is reflected in the water. Highlights include the Golden Ballroom where royal parties took place and the historic dining room where distinguished guests were invited each week to the King's "Thursday dinners".

At the end of the tour you are brought back to your hotel.
