London Highlights Shore Excursion from Southampton

This private Southampton tour starts at the port or your hotel in Southampton and takes you into London for a driving tour past the city's top sites, with a stop for lunch along the way.

After meeting your guide, you drive into London for a private tour with your licensed Blue Badge guide, the qualification required to guide professionally at many of London's major sites. You'll see Westminster Abbey, which has hosted the coronation of English and British monarchs since 1066; the Houses of Parliament and the Elizabeth Tower, home to the bell known as Big Ben; Buckingham Palace, the monarch's official London residence since 1837; the London Eye; the Tower of London, founded by William the Conqueror around 1078 and home to the Crown Jewels; Piccadilly Circus; and Leicester Square. The sites you see will depend on your interests and traffic conditions, since this is a fully private tour that can be customized to you.
