Naples Shore Excursion

This Naples shore trip includes a private boat excursion which visits the island of Capri. You will cruise past quaint seaside villages, coastal charms and hidden lagoons as you experience the heart of the Neapolitan Riviera. Throughout the day you will have the opportunity to stop and swim, visit various villages, and experience the awe-inspiring coastline.

When you disembark the ship in Naples you will transfer a short distance to the nearby yacht marina to meet your captain.

Your private boat excursion starts with a zip across the Bay of Naples and over to the Island of Capri. As you cruise you have a front row view of Mt. Vesuvius, the serene Sorrento coastline and the volcanic island of Ischia. The views are spectacular.

Once you have arrived at Capri you have the chance to see the famous Blue Grotto (entrance fee not included), known for it's electric blue light, it was once the private bath house of Roman Emperor Tiberius. You also see the I Faraglioni Rocks which have become the symbol of Capri.

Your captain will take you to one of the famous grottos, perhaps the Green Grotto which is a prime swimming spot off the island. It is known for is turquoise water.

Included in the excursion are a variety of beverages, snacks, towels, fuel and of course the captain. If you prefer to bring your own drinks that is also possible but please note that red wine is not permitted on the boat because accidental spills can cause staining.

Your captain will provide insider suggestions for lunch (meal not included) either in an exclusive bay at a seaside restaurant or maybe a hidden spot in the village of your choice. The Marina Piccola is a popular docking spot for yachts of the rich and famous, and the Marina Grande is a wonderful stop for shopping.

Your boat is spacious, fast and sturdy to minimize wave movement. Boat sizes range from 30-38 feet in length. There is ample deck space and a cabin with restroom and refrigerators. Please note that all guests will be required to remove their shoes or sandals while on the boat.
