Dover Shore Excursion - This private tour starts in Dover. You enjoy a visit to the stunning Canterbury Cathedral, followed by some free time in the charming town of Canterbury. At the end of the tour you are transfered to your hotel in London.

After meeting your guide you immediately depart for Canterbury, rich in history, heritage, stunning architecture and world famous buildings. Canterbury has the perfect blend of city, coast and countryside, ensuring a delightful day for everyone.

Upon arrival in Canterbury, you visit its famous Cathedral. Pilgrims and visitors have made their way here since the Middle Ages and it is still one of the most visited places in England. People have always been welcomed, in the ancient tradition of Benedictine hospitality and this continues now. During your tour, you will experience the beauty and the unique atmosphere of one of the great holy places of Christendom.

After visiting this famous cathedral you have free time in Canterbury to enjoy lunch before driving to your hotel in London.

Again, Private Shore Trips did not disappoint. Been using them since 2009. Steven is so great to work with - and his team of tour guides all over Europe have been amazing. This time we used them in London, Edinburgh, Glasgow and Belfast. David in London, Ricky in Edinburgh, Ricky and Graeme in Glasgow and Paul in Belfast. We did enjoy ourselves and I would highly recommend your tour company to anyone. The driver was really nice and very efficient getting us to all of the places that we wanted to see in the short time that we were in London. The guide was quite knowledgeable and friendly.

Just returned from London yesterday. Just wanted to let you know that all went well and the guides were outstanding. Had a fabulous time and looking forward to working with you again. The guides were very professional and on time. One was 30 minutes late, but we forgave him... He turned out to be a very good guide. I think it was in Belfast. Leaving for Honolulu for the month of August Wed, so have a lot to do before that date. Thanks again.

Our tour in Dover was a great. From the start, our guide was welcoming and knowledgeable and hilarious!  He shared interesting funny facts throughout the day, making the tour really enjoyable  espcially since we had 3 kids with us. Having a private guide made everything smooth and flexible. James adjusted the pace since my father can only walk short distances.

David showed us all the must-see spots in London, including Trafalgar Square, the Tower of London, and Westminster. We even got to see the Changing of the Guard at Buckingham Palace!  and David made sure we got great photos at every stop.  We had 5 kids wiht us (all under 10 years old) and they all loved him.
