Barcelona Cruise Port to Barcelona Airport Transfer (BCN) / .5 Hours

This Barcelona shore transfer takes you from your cruise ship at the port directly to Barcelona-El Prat Airport in a private vehicle with an English-speaking driver, covering about 11 miles (17 km) in roughly 20 to 30 minutes depending on traffic.

After disembarking you meet your driver at the cruise terminal, where a name sign makes it easy to find each other even with several ships in port the same day. From there you drive along the coastal ring road into El Prat, with your pickup time set to give you a comfortable buffer for check-in and security; just let us know your flight's scheduled departure time when booking, and keep an eye on your own flight status in case anything changes. Each traveler brings one large suitcase and one personal item, and if you're carrying extra luggage or need a child seat, just let us know in advance so we can have the right vehicle ready.

Vehicles are sized to your group, from a private sedan for one or two travelers up to a full-size coach for larger parties, so your whole group rides together rather than splitting into separate cars.

If your plans change, that deposit isn't refundable, but it stays on your account as credit toward any tour for up to 3 years. Larger groups, custom itineraries, or tours involving flights or overnight stays may carry a bigger deposit and their own terms, which we'll spell out at booking.

What is the cancellation policy for Barcelona transfers?

Cancel a Barcelona transfer 15 or more days out and you're refunded, minus a $50 administration fee. Inside 14 days of the tour date, cancellations become non-refundable. One exception: if your ship simply doesn't call at Barcelona because of weather, mechanical issues, or political unrest, you'll get a full refund less the $50 fee. All cancellation requests need to be submitted in writing by email.
