St Paul de Vence & Eze Shore Excursion from AntibesThis Antibes shore excursion visits two of the most distinctive hilltop villages on the French Riviera. Your driver-guide takes you to Eze, known for its medieval stone lanes and cliffside views, and to Saint-Paul-de-Vence, known for its art galleries and centuries-old ramparts. You have free time to explore each village, including time for lunch. After meeting your driver-guide in Antibes, you take a scenic drive along the coast to Eze. This pedestrian-only medieval village is built from stone lanes and buildings that cling to the cliffs more than 1,400 feet (427m) above the sea. You have time to walk to the top of the village, where the Jardin Exotique, a garden of cactus and succulent plants, looks out over the Mediterranean. There is also time to browse the boutiques or stop for ice cream along the way. Reaching the village requires leaving the van at its base and walking up a steep hill, so this stop is not recommended for anyone with limited mobility. If you would prefer not to walk up, you can instead spend this time at the nearby Fragonard perfume factory at the foot of the village. Later in the morning, you drive to Saint-Paul-de-Vence. Your driver-guide parks outside the medieval walls near a row of cafes, where you can watch locals play boules, the traditional Provencal lawn game, while you have free time for lunch. Afterward, you can walk the cobblestone streets past the town's art galleries and boutiques, a legacy of the painters who have lived and worked here since the early 20th century. You can also walk along the town's medieval ramparts and into the old cemetery, where the painter Marc Chagall is buried. If you are interested in modern art, the Maeght Foundation, a museum of modern and contemporary art about a 10 minute walk from the village, is also worth considering if time allows. At the end of the tour, your driver-guide returns you to the pier in Antibes. Please note - During the Grand Prix Events there is a 50% supplement and it is not possible to visit Monaco or Monte Carlo from June 4-7, 2026.
