This special Amsterdam shore trip is only available in the Spring when the famous Tulips of Holland are blooming. You visit the famous Keukenhof Gardens which is dedicated solely to Tulips.
After meeting your private licensed guide you depart for the town of Lisse, where the gardens are located. In route you travel along many scenic roads, dikes and enjoy a stop for photos of a windmill.
Once you arrive at Keukenhof, you will enjoy the 70 acre park which consists of gardens and greenhouses, all dedicated to tulips. As you walk along the footpaths you will understand why this is said to be the greatest flower show in the world. In fact there are over 8 million bulbs planted each year.
Free time is available for you to enjoy lunch in one of the restaurants or coffee shops located at the gardens before the drive back to the pier in Amsterdam.
