Start your cruise on the right foot with a private transfer from your hotel to your ship in Venice. Cruise Ship Now Arriving in Ravenna Instead of Venice?
Since 2021, large cruise ships have been restricted from entering the historic center of Venice by lagoon, and some cruise itineraries listed as "Venice" now embark from Ravenna's Porto Corsini instead, roughly 90 miles (145km) south along the Adriatic coast.
