What the video shows

A flyover of the Galataport cruise quay in Karakoy and the terminal exit.
Ships dock alongside the quay at Galataport, so no tendering is required.
The passenger terminal, including passport control, is underground. Follow the signs to the elevators marked EXIT, which go up to street level.
Your driver or guide will be waiting as you step out, holding a sign with your name.

Port location: Galataport in the Karakoy district, on the European side of the Bosphorus, across the Golden Horn from the historic peninsula.

Docking: alongside the quay. No tendering is required.

Terminal: underground, including passport control.

Meeting point: street level, at the top of the elevators marked EXIT.
