After meeting your
driver-guide at the pier in Le Havre you drive directly to Paris. Upon arrival you enjoy a driving tour which can be catered to your interests or simply a "best of Paris" tour with photo stops.
You will see the Place de la Concorde which is a perfect expression of the Louis XV style, designed by Ange-Jacques Gabriel in 1755, and completed over a period of 20 years. Of course you also see the Notre Dame Cathedral and the Eiffel Tower, which is Paris' most famous symbol, which opened in March 1889 for the Universal Exhibition. Other sights included on the tour are the Opera de Paris Garnier, the Trocadero, the Dome Church, the Arc de Triomphe and Place de l'Etoile, the City Hall, the Le Louvre Museum and Vendome Square. The tour takes you along the banks of the Seine river featuring famous bridges such as Alma, Alexandre III and Pont Neuf, plus the Conciergerie, which was once the prison of Queen of France, Marie Antoinette.
Following the panoramic tour you have free time to enjoy lunch on your own and then maybe some shopping or further exploring.
After a day packed with these important monuments you return to the pier in Le Havre.
