La Spezia is a secured commercial port, so passengers are not allowed to walk around the port area.
Leave your ship and board the free shuttle bus. It takes you a few minutes to the cruise terminal.
Many drivers and guides wait at the cruise terminal. Yours will be holding a sign with your name on it.

Port location: La Spezia, in Liguria on the Italian coast.

Docking: alongside the quay in the commercial port. No tendering is required.

Port shuttle: a free shuttle bus runs from the ship to the cruise terminal, a few minutes away by road.

Cruise terminal: on the Molo Garibaldi waterfront, next to the city and the marina.

Meeting point: the cruise terminal, after the shuttle ride.

Returning: use the shuttle again, since you cannot walk back through the port to your ship.
