TOUR DESCRIPTION

Florence Museum Tour

This Florence walking tour is best suited for those who wish to explore some of the Italian Renaissance masterpieces which can be found in one of Florence's top museums. At the time of reservation, you choose to visit either the Accademia or the Uffizi Gallery.

After meeting your guide at your Florence hotel, you enjoy a walk to see some of the famous monuments in Florence such as the Gothic Duomo (cathedral), Giotto's bell tower, the Baptistery doors, the Palazzo Vecchio, Loggia and Ponte Vecchio bridge. However the highlight and focus of the tour is a visit to either the Accademia or the Uffizi Gallery.

The Accademia Gallery features Michelangelo's David and the prisoner statues, it is an excellent option for those who prefer a short museum visit. The Uffizi Gallery is the largest collection of Italian Renaissance paintings and is recommended for more serious art lovers. You choose the museum of your choice at the time of reservation so we can have VIP tickets ready so you avoid major lines.

I couldnt have asked for more. Guides and divers were ALL professional, informative, and personalites were a pleasure. Everything they told us was NOT read from a script, which made it more pleasurable. I will recommend you to our cruise friends on their next sailing.

I cant thank you enough for the excellent service. The private tours you arranged far exceeded any expectations. When we walked off the ship and saw our drivers waiting we all felt like Royalty. They made wonderful recommendations regarding our itineraries. The vans were absolutely immaculate. They always opened our doors and assisted us in and out of the vehicle.
