Review Location- Ravenna Thursday, August 13, 2026 Reviewer: CORREEN S from Charlotte, NC   Ravenna - Guiamo our guide was the best! He was so knowledgeable and took time to interact with all of us based on our interests and questions. When we stopped at a cafe for a coffee and snack he jumped right in to help us order and make sure we got everything correct. The tour was exceptional and he gave an amazing restaurant recommendation reservation for lunch. Our driver was Roberto and traded cell phone numbers with us so we could call him when we were ready. Review Location- Ravenna Saturday, August 8, 2026 Reviewer: Walter H from Union Hall VA   We had a wonderful vacation. Every one of the tour guides were great. My family was really impressed with their knowledge, service, and friendliness. I was pleasantly surprised with how much better an experience we had compared to the Princess Cruise Ship Tours. For example, our tour guide for the Amalfi Coast and Pompeii knew that Pompeii was closed until 1130 AM and changed our itinerary to travel along the coast in the morning and go to Pompeii at the end of the day. The other tours just took people to the gate and waited for two hours.Thanks again. My wife and kids felt that each guide was a   friend   by the end of the tour. The guides in Florence and Ephesus were probably the highlight for us. The Mercedes vans that were used in most cities were always nice and all of our drivers were really great. The private tours you arranged far exceeded any expectations. When we walked off the ship and saw our drivers waiting we all felt like Royalty. They made wonderful recommendations regarding our itineraries. The vans were absolutely immaculate. They always opened our doors and assisted us in and out of the vehicle. They were so knowledgeable about their destinations.  I cant wait to contact some of my clients who are planning European cruises for next season and together with you planning their private tours Was this review helpful to you?

Review Location- Ravenna Sunday, June 14, 2026 Reviewer: Mei Ying L from Tampa, FL   We were 2 and a half hours late in arriving at the airport where we were to be picked up for a 4 hour excursion which was scheduled to end by 2pm but the tour operator allowed for an extension of the tour till 3pm without extra charge. We had good guides clean and fairly new vehicles. Itineraries were interesting and flexible. Was this review helpful to you?

The driver was very professional, and got us to our destination in a timely manner. The water taxi driver found us, even though we were a block from the meeting place. Yes Italy, Greece & Turkey!! Or tour guides provided excellent connections with the entire group and gave a dissertation on the history of each location we visited. The buses were very comfortable and the tour guides have been great and considerate of our senior citizens. We all applauded the end of every tour and We have all been recommending Private Shore Trips web site to all the people we met on the ship. You know that recommendation and word of praises are good advertisements for your business.
