The shore excursions were wonderful! The tour guides were extremely professional and knowledgeable. They not only shared their expertise on the history of the area, they also provided us with the   local flavor   by planning several lunches for our group. We were thrilled with the personal attention and opportunity to experience fabulous food away from the other tourists! We enjoyed each and every excursion. Review Location- Genoa Sunday, April 21, 2024 Reviewer: Barbara C from Weston MA   We had a great trip and both of our shore trips were wonderful. I was so glad we had arranged our own tour in Marseille since it turned out the Marseille marathon was being run that day so many of the ships excursions were not able to get around the city. Instead, our excellent guides, Marc & Olivier suggested we go to Aix-en-Provence first then return to Marseille to see some of the city once the streets were open. It was a perfect day and we got to see much more than we had hoped. It confirmed the value of having local guides and the flexibility of a vehicle at your disposal to accommodate last minute changes.Our guide, Gina in Genoa was also fabulous. She was charming and knowledgeable and again we were able to see much more than we expected in one full day. Both tours were well worth it. I cant wait to return Europe and experience more through the locals. Thanks Was this review helpful to you?

The exception being that there was a major traffic accident on the major freeway between Genoa and Santa Margherita which meant that the visit to Portifino could not be undertaken due to time constraints. Review Location- Genoa Thursday, June 1, 2023 Reviewer: Gisela C from Miami FL   Just got back from our trip and wanted to write you a few quick words to explain our experience with the tours you coordinated ExcellentThe guides (and drivers) were on time, accommodating and knowledgeable. In Malta, Josefine was superb. She knew her culture and spoke clearly and with great English. We really enjoyed the Blue Grotto. In Sicily, our guide had so much information about her culture and was multilingual making it easy for our elderly who only spoke Spanish.In Rome, Danilo was fun, honest and flexible to our requests he was available at all times and kept us on time to return back to the ship. Loved it!In Genoa, Fluvio and in Marseille, Natalie were also available to answer our questions and directing us to places of interest.I know the rest of the group share my thoughts and you might here from some of them as well.After many emails of planning with you and Steve, I would like to thank you both for making our trip a success.
